Mr.Mohammad Neazur Rahman joined Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IIDFC) PLC. in October 2021 as Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of Operations. He has 15 years of professional exposure in the financial sector. He started his career with United Finance Limited in the Internal Control and Compliance (ICC) department in 2006. Before leaving United Finance Limited, he played a role there as Head of ICC, Head of Operations, Head of Credit (Corporate & Credit Sale Financing), Branch Manager, and Head of Short Term Financing (Business and Customer Service).

Mr. Neaz completed his Honours and Masters in Accounting and MBA in Finance and Banking. He also completed Chartered Accountancy Course. Mr. Neaz is a Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB), awarded by the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB), USA. He participated in various training programs and workshops in both home and abroad.
