Mr. Shamim Ahamed took over the role of the Acting Head of Treasury in January 12, 2025.

Mr. Shamim Ahamed, started his career at Prime Finance & Investment Limited in 2013 as Junior Officer. During his career, he has worked in every wing of the treasury function at different financial organization like PFIL, PLFSL, and UFIL. Mr. Shamim Ahamed has over 11 years of industry experience in Treasury and Relationship Management with local Money Market counterparts over the passage of his career.

Mr. Shamim Ahamed, completed his Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) Major in Accounting & Masters of Business (MBS) Major in Accounting from the National University.
