Ms. Dilruba has 22 years of experience in financial service industry. She joined IIDFC on 17 January 2021 as Senior Vice President & Head of SME. She was then promoted to EVP and Head of SME and Retail Finance this year.

Before joining IIDFC, she had worked for National Finance Limited (NFL), Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BD Finance), MIDAS Financing Limited (MFL) in different positions. She holds Master’s in business administration (Finance) and Master’s in Social Science (Economics).

She has expertise in Corporate Finance, SME Business, Retail Finance, Women Entrepreneurship Development, Factoring Finance etc.
