Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman joined IIDFC in March 2022, as Assistant Vice President in the treasury department. Presently he is holding the position of Head of internal Control and Compliance. Before joining in IIDFC he was Assistant Vice President & in charge of Treasury department at National Finance Ltd. He started his career as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in August 2008 at Bangladesh Industrial Finance Co. Ltd. Mr. Mizan is 16 and half years experiences in financial sector. He is experienced in Internal Control and Compliance, treasury & fund management, ALCO organization, Balance sheet management, Liquidity and Payable management, Credit Line  management, Investment planning, Risk management, Financial analysis & reporting, Interest rate risk management, Maintaining relationship with Bank/FI & other regulatory authority, Money & Capital Market operation. He has completed MBA & BBA from University of Dhaka major in Accounting & Information Systems. He also completed Banking Professional Examination JAIBB & AIBB under Institute of Bankers Bangladesh (IBB).
