Mr. Abu Nayeem Mohammad Mahfuz is the Additional Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of Bank Asia PLC. He possesses a distinguished and accomplished banking career spanning over two decades. Mr. Mahfuz commenced his banking journey in 1998 with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Bangladesh and subsequently dedicated more than 18 years to Standard Chartered Bank. In May 2018, he joined Prime Bank Limited, where he served until March 2023. Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Mahfuz has amassed significant expertise in various fields- including Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking, International Business, Premium Banking, Retail Banking, SME Banking, Islamic Banking, Digital Banking, Agent Banking, Priority Banking, Contact Center Operations, and Marketing Communications etc.

Mr. Mahfuz holds both Graduate and Postgraduate degrees in Economics from the University of Dhaka, distinguished by his exemplary academic performance. He participated in various training courses and workshops, both locally and internationally.
